| Overview | Studies have shown that success in any endeavour usually starts with having a specific goal in mind.
This half-day (09:00-13:30) workshop gives participants compelling reasons to set goals.
Then participants are given an opportunity to create a 'goals' list that includes anything they may want to accomplish in their personal and professional life. From that list, they learn to prioritise which goals they can reasonably expect to accomplish and how to achieve them.
In the classroom, participants actually set goals using a step-by-step formula. First, they clearly identify the goal. Then, they follow a simple, easy-to-reference guide helping them to work out exactly what to do next. With that done, they are ready to achieve the goal.
