A Personal History
Suhan Mihcioglu (Mucholo!)
 Suhan is a graduate of Northumbria University Business School. He is currently Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Inscape Learning & Development Ltd, Co-Director of I Can in the UK Ltd and I Can in the North East Community Interest Company and Business Development Director (EMEA) of Ethics In Policing Ltd.
Suhan has over thirty years' experience in sales, customer service, management, and people development. After twelve years working for IBM UK’s sales division, he set up his own company. He developed and delivered training programs on success strategies, leadership, change management, people management, team building and development, presentation skills, productivity, sales performance and customer service. His clients include the largest and most prominent organisations in their respective sectors. He is a businessperson who has a wealth of knowledge, ranging from local authority to corporate sector working with finance, sales, marketing, retail, manufacturing and service functions. Suhan understands both the public sector and the private sector, and the SME (Small to Medium sized Enterprises) and the corporate world.
His work with Learning & Skills Council's E2E (Entry to Employment) Providers and Youth Justice Board's ISSP (Intensive Supervision and Surveillance Programme) teams exceeded all expectations and achieved outstanding feedback from the participants.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, DCM, North East Chamber of Commerce, Newcastle Speakers Club and, a volunteer Business Mentor for the Prince's Trust within the UK.
Suhan has been happily married to Janet since 1984 and they have three brilliant children.
